Mobile Home Park Program Enhancements

We have until recently written Mobile Home Parks on a rather limited basis with availability in just a few states. We have been working diligently to find a niche within this class of business and now believe we have. We are targeting smaller individually owned parks that are primarily located in a more rural setting. We will be much more flexible on the number of rental (Park Owned) units in a park and allow a larger percentage to the total number of spaces in a park. In some cases we will allow 100% rental (Park Owned) units. We will also be able to offer coverage to site built units that are adjacent to or part of the property. Keep an eye out for future communications regarding these enhancements.
Affordable Home Services Updates Website

Today Affordable Home Services announced that it is launching an update to its website. The new website, www.ahsi.net, is very interactive and includes a Home Page, Company History, Product Page, Carrier Page, News and Contacts Page. It also includes a Mobile Home Appraisal function. Producers will be given login authority and will be able to access through a dashboard an eForms section that includes various fillable applications and supplements. "We are very excited about this new launch. Our customers will be able to access information and forms resulting in a higher level of service from us. They will be able to complete an application on line and submit it direclty to our underwriting department."; Says Cindy Martin, Vice President of Operations. The launch date is scheduled for March 15, 2011.
